Yoon Eun Hye: I cried when Yoo Seung Ho returned from the army

Ilgan Sports - Naver: 'Section TV' Yoon Eun Hye, "When I saw how much Yoo Seung Ho has grown when he came back from the army, I cried a lot"

Yoon Eun Hye: "When we were filming our drama, he showed his tender and goofy side but when he came back from the army, he got more mature. I knew I would cry but I really cried a lot.

"I asked him why he had to enlist and told him that if he leaves too, then I'll be that person who always sends people to the army. Those who get to work with me always leaves for the army. Gong Yoo-ssi was one of them."

1. [+12,117, -527] You should work with Lee Seung Gi too ㅎㅎ

2. [+10,024, -203] Other actors should look up to Yoo Seung Ho... The only thing that's left for him to do is to gain more success

3. [+7,044, -364] Yoon Eun Hye doesn't ever age

4. [+4,765, -82]ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ So who is it this time?

5. [+3,153, -109] Their 'I Miss You' friendship...

6. [+769, -22] When Yoon Eun Hye does a drama, her male leads enlist. When Park Han Byul dates, her boyfriend enlists.

7. [+646, -28] Serving early is better in the long run. Look at Kwangsoo. He enlisted early and all he does right now is doing activities while his friend Song Joong Ki  who enlisted late has a month left before he's discharged

8. [+465, -62] Please work with Lee Byung Hoon

9. [+110, -12] Please work with Kim Hyun Joong

10. [+97, 9] Yoon Eun Hye: who is next?

Lmao, the shaaaade! Not sure why they're after LSG tho, he's an early 87er and there's a whole bunch of those in the wings. Anyway meh, I'd like for him to do another drama before leaving like Yoochun is. His last one was sooooo zzzzzzzzz

goldenmellow said...

Seriously why a LSG comment and not a Yoochun comment, who also worked with YEH. Anyway, before I clicked on the link I knew there would be a LSG comment lol. Don't worry netizens, he's going pretty soon.

Idk, I don't think he'll do a drama. Some fans are saying he's enlisting this summer after his album. Too much netizen bitching, but we also know netizen bitching doesn't really matter. Anwyay, I could see him giving an exact enlistment date and then doing a drama. Maybe they'll lay off him then lol. Probably not though

It's because most Korean male enlists in their early 20's and they cannot ask for delay like what most male celebrity Do. They're kinda bitter about it.

The fact that LSG is delaying his enlistment until 29 means he's avoiding it as much as he can, which kinda contradicts his statement before that he's going earlier than expected.

goldenmellow said...

He said he wanted it over by 30. Meaning he was going by 28. He's later than he said years ago, but not THAT late. Of course he's putting it off, but there are other people are too. They are just more on him than other. If it was just bitterness about celebs delaying they wouldn't harp only on him.

I get why they're being bitter about celebrities in general - that's obvious and reasonable too. But targeting LSG in particular is what puzzles me. To name just a few actors, there's YAI, Joo Won, LMH, JIW, SIG, Yoochun, AJH and a whole lot more. Some of these are 86ers, so it makes no sense to spam so many articles demanding LSG in particular to enlist.

Personally, I think he'd be making a mistake by leaving with just an album. Most of the other actors his age are either ending off with a drama or filming a movie to be released while they're gone. I think it would be smarter to pull a Yoochun, plus YAS was just plain bad hardly anyone mentions or even remembers it. GFB was the bomb, and since I like him, I wish he'd leave on a high.

The actors and idols who are older than him are quiet when it comes to military matters.. so you won't see any nagging, unless they're 29. If you're going to read LSG's interview, there's always a topic about his future enlistment.

He earned netizens respect when he said "he's going earlier than later" and " will definitely enlist as active soldier" statement few years ago. It's kinda sounds like shading other celebrities. They're just disappointed, 28-29 yo is still late.

goldenmellow said...

Yeah, YAAS was such a disappointment given the awesome cast. The ratings weren't bad, but by far it was his least popular drama and had no buzz. He's getting a lot of offers for dramas I know. It would be a shame not to have one more drama in his 20's with a youthful image. Idk, I think we all know netizens comments don't actually reflect the public. I don't think he'll piss them off too much though lol

Those actors you mentioned did not say any "going earlier than later" and "will definitely enlist as active soldier" statement, which LSG does for the past 5 years.. Netizens praise him when he said that as it makes him different to other male actors who enlist late and serving as public officer/celebrity unit.

It's 2015 and it seems like he's not planning to enlist this year...

Haeyoung said...

Umm, he never said he won't be an active soldier tho. So that's obviously not the reason they are salty. To answer my own question: the reason they are so pissed is most likely because he's the nations youger brother/nations perfect whatever whatever. And so they expect him to be better than those who enlist late.

goldenmellow said...

Okay, yeah I've read his interviews. I'm a fan obviously. He was wrong to mention a timeline (back in like 2011) when he didn't know how things would work out, which is why he doesn't mention anything anymore. But he's also not constantly talking about MS. He's actually pretty quiet about it unless asked. And he only gives vague answers now. I get why they get on him, but it's more personal than just general bitterness.

Anyway, he'll go soon I'm sure. There are signs that fans can see that it's coming sooner rather than later.

It was most likely the genre too. Three days before that wasn't very popular as well. But I really agree, there are certain roles that is better done when you're in your 20s. I trust he'll know what's best for him. I think if he confirms a drama then says he'll be leaving for active duty as soon as it's done, it will be beneficial not only in creating buzz for the drama but also calm knetz. I guess we'll see lol

goldenmellow said...

It was bad timing. That drama just had bad mojo in general. The writer was so bad as well.

I agree, I think if he does do a drama it'll be right before enlistment. Basically saying I'm going "this date" and but I have time for this drama so please be nice. Would be a nice send off.

Helo, could u translate the KBS producer teaser articles if there's any? Thank u~~

aeterna009 said...

Yes, they want him to enlist early to show that he is better than other actors but netizens has been bugging him since 2012 to enlist.

LOL.. Even some netizens accused him of postponing his enlistment by enrolling to Graduate program since it was the most effective way to delay the service. It's more than just his "Perfect Korean Man" image.

aeterna009 said...

Why would they go personal on him? It's bitterness (not only to him but all the male celebrities).. He's also the most accessible celebrity within his age group because of drama, variety and songs, so he's getting most criticism. It's seems like that he's delaying it too, which most korean males hate.

People love actors like Won Bin, Kang Dong Won and Song Joong Ki but they were not nagged to enlist like Lee Seunggi and Rain.

goldenmellow said...

lol okay. It's not JUST bitterness about celeb enlisting late. It's obviously more personal with him than with other celebs because of his image like said agreed with above. It got especially bad after the other the other nation's little bro returned from MS before the older one even thought of going. It's not hate or anything, but they have high expectations out of him. The end.

Don't worry when he really went to the army those knetx are the one who will be in tears "uhuhuuuu Seungi Gi ya, serve well.. Come back soon" blah blah blah. Why don't they send KHJ first please? On what reason he is delaying???

AJH already did his MS

Yoochun said he's enlisting later this year. Has LSG even said when he's enlisting?

I read that they started bugging LSG to enlist because when he was a fixed member in 1N2D he said that he would stay in the show until he enlisted, but in the end he left the show (the season end and members changed). We should take a note that the program was/is really popular, people remember his statement and demanding he enlist soon as he promised

Personally I thought he said that to appease fans, to calm them down cause he was one of popular members in 1N2D and they didn't want him go. But people took his word really seriously
